I arrived at La Paz on December 2nd in the early morning from Tokyo Japan which took 36 hours by air. I Still need some time to get used to this bloody new life here, though I will feel more comfortable living here day by day for sure.
Here I am staying with a Bolivian family up until the early January 2006, when I am supposed to fly down to Santa Cruz. They seem to be an upstream family here. They all are really kind to me. I learn many things from them; Spanish, Bolivian culture, Kolla (the people in La Paz, or El Alto), and the "supposed" way of strong family ties .
